Firearm & Lower Receiver Returns

• Final Sales: All sales of new firearms and lower receivers are FINAL.
• Inspection: Please inspect your firearm thoroughly at the FFL before accepting the transfer. Once the transfer is accepted, the firearm cannot be returned.
• Warranties: New firearms are eligible for manufacturer warranties. We are happy to assist you in contacting the manufacturer for repairs.

Accessories & Gear

• 14-Day Window: Returns on unopened accessories (including optics, holsters, and range gear) are accepted within 14 days of purchase. Exclusions may apply.
• Store Credit Only: Eligible returns for accessories will be issued as in-store credit only. Items must be in their original, unopened packaging.
• Non-Returnable Items: We do not accept returns on ammunition, used magazines, suppressor components. Other exclusions may apply.

Cancellations & Fees

• Failed Background Checks: If a transfer cannot be completed due to a failed background check, the customer is responsible for the payment of the transfer fee. 
• Restocking Fee: Canceled orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee, original shipping charges, and a $30 return shipping fee.

Custom Orders

• Down Payment: All custom firearm orders require a 30% non-refundable down payment to process the order.
